Nakon sedam godina u michelinskim restoranima u Kopenhagenu, Londonu i Lyonu, Marko se vratio kući s jasnom vizijom: stvoriti restoran koji slavi hrvatsku gastronomiju na svjetskoj razini.
Marko Orešković grew up with a grandmother who cooked over a hearth in the Dalmatian hinterland. That love for fire and simple yet powerful flavours followed him throughout his career. After seven years in Michelin-starred restaurants in Copenhagen, London and Lyon, Marko returned home with a clear vision: to create a restaurant that celebrates Croatian gastronomy at a world-class level.
