Ember je nastao iz ljubavi chefa Marka Oreškovića prema iskonskim tehnikama pripreme hrane na otvorenoj vatri i lokalnim sezonskim namirnicama. Nakon godina iskustva u michelinskim restoranima diljem Europe, Marko se vratio u Zagreb s jednom jasnom misijom.
Ember was born from chef Marko Orešković's love for primal open-fire cooking techniques and local seasonal ingredients. After years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe, Marko returned to Zagreb with one clear mission.
